Subject: [INPARKE] Mt Olivet burial: Geller family
Date: Thu, 26 Feb 2004 16:01:43 -0500

Hello Parke Co Listers,

The Mt Olivet Cemetery Association (Mt Olivet Cemetery, Florida Twp) has
received a grant from the Parke County Community Foundation to begin
restoring our fallen and broken tombstones. The Association will put some
money with the grant. We have contracted with restorationists Helen
Wildermuth and Mark Davis to repair/reposition 30 stones.

One stone that will be fixed is that of Martha J Geller 1840-1905. She is
buried beside James Geller 1835- ?. The Geller surname is erroneously
written as Celler in the reading by Mrs Harry Reeder that is at least 20
years old.

Is anyone researching the Geller family in Raccoon and Florida
townships. I remember mention of a Biddle Geller who was a Catlin
resident. He made a piece of furniture for my grandmother.
