Recently, I was lucky enough to find someone who is researching the HISE
family in Parke County and whose ancestor, Cynthia Hise Clinard Morgan, is the
sister of my gggrandfather, Levi Tillman Hise.. She has a transcription of pages
from a family Bible that lists birth, marriage, and death dates for the
family of Aaron and Catherine Hise. It also lists the same information for both of
Cynthia's marriages: 1) to Phillip CLINARD and 2) to William MORGAN.

Since what we have are transcriptions, we would love to find the Bible in
order to get actual copies of those pages. The Bible was probably left to a
family member at the death of Cynthia Ann Hise CLINARD MORGAN. Cynthia Ann died in
1906 and at the 1900 census was living with her daughter, Minnie Morgan.
After Cynthia's death, Minnie married Thomas CRAIG.
