Trudy, The Blake-Norman connection I have is earlier. Oliver Perry Blake, b. 03 Oct 1849, d. 04 Feb 1882, m. Rosella A. Norman on 07 May 1870 Parke Co. (Parke Co. IN Marriages 1861-1900). Oliver was the son of John Blake (my ancestor) and his 2nd wife, Beulah White. Rosella was the daughter of J. and Abigail Norman. Oliver & Rosella both died in Taylor Co., IA. Let me know if this helps.
