Don't have much ot help you, but here it is:

Daniels, Albert, Manford: World War I. Enlisted: 1-15-1918. Assigned to U. S. S. Mallory. Participated in battles with U-Boats. Born: 9-28-1892. Baker. Residence: Bloomingdale, Indiana. Per “Parke County in the World War” by Isaac R. Strouse - 1920, page 42.
