Parke Co. Indiana Probate Order Book 3, Common Pleas, (SEP 1864 to JAN 1867), page 188, lists John CARSON's heirs as "Adah" and "John M." Huldah R. CARSON's sureties are William SWAIN (or SWAIM) and Samuel A. SMITH.

On page 446: (Petition to sell land), Huldah's surety is Hezekiah L.(?) SWAIM.

Also, some of the later probate records call her Huldah A. CARSON.
