It's my understanding that the tax exemption form was signed at least
once. Sometime after the exemption was filed the county noticed the
taxes were delinquent.

My original message was written on behalf of other persons. I have
been asked to not mention the name and location of the cemetery until
those persons know where they stand legally concerning protecting the
gravesites of their pioneer ancestors.
