Subject: [INPERRY] Blank msgs are rootsweb problem trying to resolve bytechsupport

I have been having problems for about 4 days where everytime I write a message it gets to rootsweb and that system wipes out the message leaving only the header - been working with tech support but only way to actually test it is by sending message to see if it gets through or not. When I send to the list and also to a cc or bcc address (some specific address other than the list address) the message is received as it should be (everything in it) but message going to the list becomes blank. They can't figure it out yet and keep trying many things. Second problem is that EVERYONE who has written a message to the list in past 4 to 6 days gets some of their messages sent back to the administrator of the list (me) showing that that email address is rejecting the messages. Have tracked it and so far have had one or more bounces from each person who sent in messages. They are trying to get that fixed too -- you have been getting only some of the messages, not all of them when this
occurs.

I am not doing this to mess up the list and will have to go in and delete these (I believe administrators still have this right) as soon as the problem is resolved -- they are using these emails and info in them (headers, etc) to see if they can figure it all out and resolve the issue.

Please be patient -- we have already ruled out my machine (did virus scan as well as used 3 different email programs and 3 different computers), ruled out my erinet server, and many other things. I even tried unsubscribing and resubscribing as they requested and it still did not resolve the problem.

Thanks for your patience - and hopefully this will get through today since I haven't tried sending a message for almost 24hrs now and hopefully they have problem resolved.
