Hi Cindy
I looked for your Franklin L. Brown in 1900 and 1910 in Cass, Fulton and
Pulaski Co's. I have listed below what I found. I did find Enoch Moore,
however, Frankin was not listed in 1900 living in the household.

born 1873 age 27, step son to David Elmer
