I found the following marriage records in Pulaski Co. for Ferdinand SEIDEL:
15 Oct 1867 Elizabeth OVERMYER
4 Mar 1890 Josephine SCHREPFER

William D. SEIDEL married Jennie FAULSTICH 30 Nov 1880
Henry W. SEIDEL married Barbara JENKINS 6 Jun 1893
Levi C. SEIDEL married Matilda BURST 11 Apr 1883

I don't find George BAUER in Pulaski County at all. The 1900 census has 28 George BAUER's in Indiana.
