searching for info on John G. Sweeney born about 1830 in NC
migrated to putnam county IN sometime prior to 1853
he married Rutha M Bradshaw 10-5-1853 in Putnam county IN
he also had 2 other wives Lucy Ann Wright married 9-9-1860
and Nancy Frank Scarborough on 3-2-1869
he died in 1914 in Madison twp Putnam county and is buried in LongBranch Cemetery.
He and Rutha had 3 known children
Alonzo born 11-7-1854
Margaret born 1859
Harriet Elizabeth born 11-19-1855 who married Thomas Jefferson Jones 9-14-1873 in Putnam county she died in Owen county 8-12-1918
