Seeking a descendant of Ludwell, or Willard Franklin CARTER, of Ashland
Twp., Morgan Co. In, who might be able to scan me a picture of Ludwell, and/
or his father John CARTER Jr. Also, seeking information on relationship of
Ludwell and 3 daughters of John... Elizabeth, born 1828 Ky.,married Samuel
ARNETT, Matilda,born 1831, Ky.,died at age 12, and Nancy Jane,born 1829,
Ky.,married William PITTMAN. Was Ludwell a half brother or full brother??
I have much information to share, but, greatly desire an answer to my
