I happen to have that book from our local library for a short time.....
Page 43 has a sketch of three war-era musicians, and a list entitled: TO
THE MEMORY OF SOLDIERS OF THE REVOLUTION BURIED IN PUTNAM COUNTY.
Sorry to say there is no other information listed....
