Hello List,

I wanted to send a link to the Rootsweb Help page.

This is the page where Rootsweb will post messages about problems with the email lists.

If for some reason you stop getting emails from rootsweb or get a notice that you have been removed. Go there and see if there is a problem.

You can also go to the following link to see if messages have been sent or if the list has just been quiet. It is also the place to go to read any messages you may have missed if you were having trouble or to search for old messages in the archives. The archives go back to the date the Email list was created.

If you cannot find a reason why you are not getting your email on the help page, please contact me offlist and I can try and figure out what is going on.

Right now I am receiving bounce notices for several subscribers. Their ISP providers are using a program called Spamcop and it has Rootsweb on the blocked list. I have been trying to contact these people offline and let them know what is going on, so they can talk with their isp or use a different email address until the problem is corrected.

Please keep the links for future reference if problems should arise.
