Hello!

I am so excited to talk to someone who could possibly be researching the same line I am! My grandfather was John R. Martin whose father was James Martin. He did end up in California and died in 1935. He was born in Golden Gate Illinois. If you think this could be the same person please contact me and I can give you what information I have collected and maybe you could do the same.
