I am looking for information on a Thomas WILSON who died in 1849/50 in Decatur Co. He married Matilda DAVIS in 1840 in Decatur Co. They had three children: John Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and Joseph L.

Despite the Decatur Co connection, I have found that it is possible Thomas WILSON had lived in Ripley Co prior to 1840. Also, he might have had a family of grown children and Matilda was a second wife. He may have had a brother, David; and childen of his first wife, Philip, Mary Wilson, William, David. Thomas, also, may be buried in Ripley.

If anything sounds familiar, a response will be appreciated.
