Hi Doug. Do you know if your Williams are from Ripley Co., IN ?
My ggg-grandmother was a Kathleen Williams b. 1809 d/o Issiac & Polly
(Logsdon) Williams. She married James Jones in 1826 and about 1830 he was murdered
in that area. In 1831 she married Samuel Loughridge & they moved to
Wapello, Iowa where she died at about age 42 & was buried there in 1851.
