BENJAMIN5 POWER (JOSEPH4, RICHARD3, ROBERT2, JOSEPH1) was born 03 August
1807 in Scott Co KY, and died 12 February 1883 in Arbela Scotland Co MO
Burial: Hickory Grove Cemetery;
He married (1) PHOEBE EWICK 24 April 1828 in Rush Co IN by L. Linville,
MG, Believed to be a daughter of JOHN EWICK. She was born 24 April 1807
in VA, came to MO abt 1841, and died 02 April 1874 in Arbela, Scotland
Co, MO. Burial: Hickory Grove Cemetery.

He married (2) MARY ANN PHELPS 20 May 1875 in Scotland Co MO. She was
born 02 March 1832 in Monroe Co MO, and died 20 January 1909 in at home
of a daughter Mary Turner in Kearney NE, and is buried in Hickory Grove
Cemetery, no marker;

Was this the same Benjamin Power who applied for a marriage license in
Rush Co IN to marry Mary Henderson?
