Whoops, got the wrong great-grandfather married to the wrong wife. My
great-grandfather Alfred Rhodes married Rachel Catherine North and moved
with her family to Howard Co. in 1865, marrying Joan Yager shortly after
Rachel's death. My great-grandfather James Wilson Johnson married Evalyne
Amanda Mullis in Rush Co., and when she died married Margaret Gordon in Rush
Co., and moved to Howard Co. in 1870. I am descended from the 2nd wives of
each.
