Hi all!
Great idea! My Scott County family has the following families:
Lorenzo Dow and Mary Guyn Montgomery
Her father and uncle, Gabriel and Garrett Guyn
The Halls and Hennings of Ireland who came from County Down in the 1830s
and ended up in Scott CO.
My great-grandfather, John Richardson (who married Rachel Hall) was in
the Army of the Ohio and marched with Sherman. (No wonder no one ever
talked about his service!)
All of these folks' descendants can be seen on my website if anyone has
an interest. (http://www.acun.com/dentons) There are also many picture of
some of them as well as general sorts of photos of Early Scott CO, IN. I'd
be most pleased to share anything I can with anyone.
