I am assisting a quadraplegic friend look for his father, whom died when he was a baby. He has nearly no information of his fathers side of the family. The fathers name was William Henry KERSEY he died at 28y/o on March 12, 1960.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
