Hi,
Not an answer but another query! Adelbert Harry Baker was from NY
probably Onondaga Co., NY and married Lovina Menges [d/o Peter & Sarah
Salome Wicks Menges] in the early part of the 1870's but location is in
doubt, IN or KS? Do you have information on why the folks from Onondaga
Co., NY would move to Steuben Co., IN? I have a feeling that the
marriage took place in KS but Lovina was living in Steuben Co., from 1855
to at least 1870. She had a sons, DeForrest Baker who was born about
1873 in KS and Burdette b. 1877 KS. Just wondering if anyone had a clue
as to this couple and the NY county.
