Hi, I am from Orlando, now - but our neighbors were called Casey. We
lived on Brookfield Street, and the Casey's lived on O'brien Street in
South Bend, Indiana. As children we would cut across the alley and play
in their back yard (they had a lilly pond with goldfish). This was back
in the 50s, late 40s. If you are referring to Portage Avenue, and not
township, Portage Avenue was close by. That is all I remember of the
Casey (except a family story of ours when my brother fell into their
lilly pond one day). I don't know if this will help. Nadine
