A number of JONESes, including Dr. Matthew M. JONES migrated into Tipton Co. ca 1840's. Normanda villiage was settled by these
folks. Thomas B. JONES and WEilliam JONES also lived nearby. Father Thomas JONES (1785-1859) is buried in Normanda cemetary.
Layfayette Tilgham JONES owned land near Goldsmith. Any one heard of these folks?...Jay Jones
