Thanks for the reply. I haven't been able to find Benjamin and Elizabeth in census data.

In the 1850 Union Co census, There is a

Benjamin Fosdick(1802)
Eunice (1822)
Mary A. (1832)
William (1838)
Lydia E. (1845)
George M. (1848)

In 1860

Benjamin Fosdick
Eunice
Lydia E. (1845)
George M. (1848)
Charles H. (1850)
Americus V. (1856)

Clearly Eunice (1822) could not have been the daughter of Mary A. (1832). Was this a second marriage for Benjamin or a different Benjamin? Since Elizabeth didn't die until 1864 according to her gravestone, where is she?
