Hello Susan -- I notice you posted a query on the Vigo Co., Indiana
forum. I am looking for parents, etc., of a Nancy Cannaday, said
to have been born in Soctland, and to have died in 1841 in Indiana.
She married in 1819, William Reedy, Jr., born 18 August 1799 in
Kentucky; he died in 1834 in Oregon. He was son of William Reedy Sr.,
and Anne Bruce [daughter of James and Mary (Runyan) Bruce) -- and
these families also have connections to Indiana.
These are ancestors of 3 of my grandchildren.
All clues appreciated.
