I did not find them in Vigo Co. in 1900.

I did find a Jacob HOFFMAN in Clay Co, b. Jul 1840, married to
Margaret, b. Aug 1845. Also a Jacob HOFFMAN in Owen Co., b. Aug
1819, married to Elizabeth, b. Feb 1833.
