The Southern Wells 4th grade will be visiting the Batson Cemetery on Friday Sept. 27th about 1 pm. They will be doing tombstone rubbings and learning about the care of cemeteries etc. This project is an attempt to educate the some of the children of Wells County in regards to respect of a cemetery.

Help is needed to be with the students to show them the correct way to do tombstone rubbings and to just generally aid in this project. If you can take a few minutes of your day and come to Batson Cemetery you will not only be helping educate these students but you will show them that many people love and care about our old cemeteries.

Please tray to be there by 12:45. Bring drinking water for yourself, bug spray, and anything else you feel will be needed to aid in this adventure.
