Hi!
I am looking for one Charles Wesley CONNER.
According to the information I have he was born in 1853 (no month or day).
I believe he would have been born in New Jersey.
At some point in time he ended up in Iowa because the obituary of his father
stated that "...Charles Conner. ... is in the state of Iowa."
I have been hoping that I could find him in the Red Oak/Montgomery county
area since my great-grandfather and grandfather lived in Red Oak for a brief
time between 1890-1915 or so.
Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

Also, do they keep these death certificates in Des Moines? Perhaps a record
filed with a state offfice or something?
