Hi
I just found out that daylight savings time wasn't something every state did until laws set in the 1980s. So in trying to get someone's birth date and time exactly right, I am wondering if Iowa went on daylight savings in the spring of 1947. All states stayed on DST during the war, but afterwards was another story. Does anyone know the answer or where I could find out? Thanks
