Thank you so much for taking the time to respond, but I am in rural
Western Canada at the moment. I sincerely appreciate your effort and
am quite sure your suggestion will be very helpful to someone in the
Michigan area.

This book, including v. 5, published in 1997, is in the Library of
Michigan in Lansing if you're anywhere near. Maybe other libraries too.
