HI all,
Got some great information from a relative about our Keegan ancestors.
Seems as though James (born May or June 15th,1867 or 1870) emigrated from
Ireland on December 25, 1888 (from information on naturalization papers) to
New York (still can't find a passenger list for him though, any ideas?). His
parents were Patrick Keegan and Bridget (Degnan) Keegan (from the marriage
certificate). I believe that he had a brother named Patrick also, who may
have emigrated with him. Can anyone connect with this? Where do I go from
here? There is no birth dates or town to go on. I do know that they were
Roman Catholics. They were from County Leitrim. Thanks, Becky Keegan
