Also, don't forget the story that many Irish are descendants of the union
of Scotia, the daughter of an Egyptian Pharaoh and an Irish royal who's
name escapes me now. Her name, Scotia, is where the terms Scottish, Scotch,
Scotland, etc come from. I have seen some people's genealogy where they
trace themselves back to Adam via this union, though they themselves are a
bit skeptical about it.
