Muellers - If memory serves me right that was "the" pasta that was stocked
by the big stores, all around the city, that our mothers shopped at, (eg. A&
P, Safeway, King Kullen) and the Italian pasta was sold at smaller stores
catering to Italian specialties.. And, of course the Irish woman never set
foot in those stores, "they had a smell" ohhhh the smell of those wonderful
cheeses and the wonderful flavor it gives to food.. Boy what they missed..
I too was 18 and working before I had a real Italian pasta and boy was I
turned on by that marinara sauce and the cheeses... Still my favorite..
