Probably a silly question, Marguerite, but when you want to leave FTM do
you click on upper left-hand "File", then "Exit"? If for some reason you
hit the upper right hand "x" icon, you will shut down the FTM and it may not
back up your stuff. Same thing if you just shut off your computer while
using FTM.

Also have you used FTM help on-line and questioned them about it?
