I just tried and got an error message but it did go to NARA. I looked again at the URL and believe I found the problem. The URL takes up two lines. The second line is black as it was broken off from the rest. You need to copy and paste the whole URL into your address bar to make it work. The part missing is immigration.html

I did not see the original message so maybe it was all together before and just split in the reply.
