Looking for: William Dougherty...Born abt. 1790, married to Harriet Beddow,
abt. 1798. Settled in Scott County, Virginia. Eventually settled in
Appanoose County, Iowa. Parents thought to be from Ireland or the Isle of
Man. Appreciate any help. Judy Paulson
