Hi Mary Jane - Yes, beautiful lyrics. There is an excellent website called
"The Music of Stephen Collins Foster (1826-1864)" with about 70 of his
songs, both words and music to click on, including "The Voices That Are
Gone." It also has a biography of this gentleman. Jean xx
