I don't know anything more than what is written in on her death certificate.
It says "usual residence; NY Kings 200 Autumn Ave. " What I need to know
is what kind of housing this address was in 1947 when she died. Was it an
apartment building, a single family dwelling, or a medical facility of some kind
such as a hospice or retirement /nursing home.
