To those on the list concerning the Railway Association. Here is another
response I got from Temple U. I am at a loss with the resources that they
have. Your guess is as good as mine at this point.

I'm sorry, but the History Department at Temple University
does not hold the archived records of the PA Railroad.
Perhaps you should contact Temple's library, Paley Library.
Maybe they hold the collection you are seeking. Below are
