Hi Pat, and we also tend to think the ancestors were all pillars of the
community when they were just ordinary people mostly, trying to get by under
often very difficult social circumstances!
At least I've learned that until I see certain proof, don't ASSUME anything!
( I know, I broke the golden rule, but I've learned better now, honestly!)
I plead that I was lead astray by the number of men who died young in
Cornish mines in the 19thC, so never for a moment thought anything odd about
a death for a 30 ish year old.
