Patrick Gibbons and Margaret Kerrigan came to Liverpool England to marry in 1867, they were refused parental consent due to them being of different religions. They returned to Ireland sometime before the birth of their first child John in Killeencoff Westport Co Mayo 5th Jan 1869, at the time of his birth they were living with Margaret's family [ possibly her father Francis]. The family returned to England sometime before the birth of their second child Thomas [ my grandfather] was born Dec 1870 in North Shields. The family eventually settled in Sunderland Durham where Patrick and Margaret went on to have more children, 10 in total.

John Murphy and Mary Welsh were born in Ireland c, 1839, John was the son of John occ coalminer, Mary was the daughter of Thomas occ farmer. John and Mary came to England some time before their marriage in 1859 in Bradford Yorkshire. They settled in Goole Yorkshire where they had at least 7 children.
Is there anyone on the list who could be searching any of these families, if so I would love to hear from you.
