Diane, no big hurry. Whenever you get the time. Would you please see if there
is a marriage between

Mary Darby b. ~1835 and Samuel Ellison/Allison b. ~ 1831
both supposedly b. in Northern Ireland

They were supposed to have been married January 5, 1855 by the rector,
Tapping Reeve Chipman , in the rectory of St George's Episcopal Church
in Astoria, Long Island, NY.
I have a handwritten piece of paper, supposedly written by the clergyman,
but have been unable to track this marriage any further.
