I am clicking on Login, then using as my email.
Then using GenBank4U as password.

The response from the website is that the account is inactive.

I've tried a lower case password, and I've tried using the entire line
listed below. No luck. Could you clarify what portion of the below from
the original message is the correct login and password for the free trial?
