I am trying to find any info at all that may be available on a John
Meehan and his wife, Margaret Mahar who were the parents of my
ggggrandfather, James. James ,who was a fisherman, married a Mary
Mullins on Jan. 19 ,1825.
in Prospect .Nova Scotia, Canada. His marriage information gave the
location of his parents as County Carlow.
Any info on how I might carry out research in Carlow would also be
appreciated.Thanks in advance.
