Data recorded from LDS film #926119, Catholic parish registers of Carlow.

Catherine Warde & John Timmin were married 23 Sep 1843 in Carlow town.
Witnesses were Edward Timmon & Anne Henisy. Catherine Ward & John Timmon, of
Barrack St in Carlow town, were the parents of Frances Timmon, baptised 12
Dec 1843. The child's sponsers were Charles Timmon & Ann Henessey. And they
were the parents of James, baptised 23 Oct 1848, sponsers William Timmon &
Cathr. Doyle.

Matthew Ward & Rose Kehow were witnesses 16 Nov 1830 to the marriage of John
Henesy & Bridget Timmin, of Castle Hill in Carlow town.

Hope this helps & doesn't just add to the confusion. There may have been
other Ward families listed on this microfilm. I was just looking for Timmin &
Anderson.

I am researching Wards and have found it very tedious and not that rewarding
in regards to results. I have just got back to 1853 or so.. and into the
County Carlow. Unfortunately, what I have is Henry Ward, son of Edward
Ward. Ed had a brother named Andrew. I don't know Henry's mother. Henry
was born in 1853 and they lived in Bagenalstown. But then Henry moved &
lived in Sligo where his wife came from. I don't know of any others in
Carlow. But this is what I am researching. Luck to you. I find the Wards
to be a tricky bunch to research. They seem to be in a new county in every
generation. >>
