I was at the LDS Library last night and spent four hours looking
at Queens County Memorials as there are on the same film as
Carlow. It is very hard to read in places and I thought of
giving it a miss, but I found some very hopeful entries for
our Warrens towards the end.
I saw plenty of references to Anderson which you asked
me about, so when you are looking for Timmins and Anderson
in Carlow, it might be worth looking at Queens as it is
right next door to Carlow.
I know our Warren family stretched across Wexford,
Kildare, Queens Wicklow and Carlow.
I found this information in a book called Clonegal in 1798.
Signatories of Catholic Qualification Rolls 1793 -1796
Timmonms Charles Ballyshonogue 1796
Timmons Henry Ballyshonogue 1796
Timmons John Ballyshonogue 1796
On Discovery Series Maps 61 and 62 I found
Ballyshonock 90 61 Wexford 61 south of Clonegal
Ballyshonog 02 72 Wicklow 62 west of Tinahely
Ballytimmin 78 62 Carlow 61 south of Fennagh
Bye
Susie
