Thanks, Michael. I should have taken the time to mention in my post that
www.otherdays.com is not a free service. Their rates range from $8 - 44 depending
on the amount of time of your membership. As I understand it, the Griffith's
Valuations were conducted in Co Carlow in the years 1852-1853, & in Ireland
between 1848 (Dubin, Waterford) - 1864 (Armagh, Offaly). Perhaps someone more
versed in the history of the Valuations knows why the years are listed as
1847-1864 at otherdays, or perhaps its their error. I don't have any connection to
otherdays & am not suggesting that anyone use or not use it. It's just the only
place that I know of that has the Griffiths Valuations searchable online.

As a matter of interest Otherdays.com state that Griffiths is 1847-1864 this

of course is incorrect (see above).
