Hi List

Firstly; Just lately there have been a number of people trying to send messages to the Carlow List using the following address: I am afraid if you use that address your message will not be seen by anyone (except me). All messages and query's to the Carlow List must be sent using the following address: thereby ensuring that everyone on the list can see your message and you are more likely to get replies.

Secondly; A number of people are trying to 'UNSUBSCRIBE' using the following address: . The proper address to Unsubscribe / subscribe is . Please make sure that the word 'unsubscribe is entered in your Subject box and in the main body of your email. Delete everything else including your Signature from your email before you send.
