follows:

Michael FARRELL married Catherine GREY c.1835
They had the following children born at Castle Hill Carlow

Mary christened 5 April 1837)
Williamchristened 15 April 1839)
Elizabethchristened 24 March 1841) at St. Mary's Cathedral Carlow
Joseph christened 10 June 1843)
Margaretchristened 4 April 1849)

Family listed as living at No 21 Castle Hill in the 1851 Griffiths
Valuation.
Michael's occupation is listed as storekeeper.
William and Joseph emigrated to Queensland Australia via USA c. 1870-1880.
Margaret also emigrated to Australia.
Elizabeth married in Carlow in 1872.

Any info especially on Michaels background would be much appreciated.
