Hello List:

My name for the Roll Call is M[a]cDowell. Robert Ephraim McDowell was a medical doctor who had a practice in Carlow between approx. 1877 and 1897. His various addresses were Carlow District Lunatic Asylum, 13 Dublin Street and Hanover Bridge and Bridewell Lane according to the Medical Directories and Griffiths Primary Valuation of Tenements - Carlow County. He also had a practice in Dublin between 1883 and his death in 1897.
